1. Service Description

VintedWatch is a listing monitoring service operated by Alberto Cabas Vidani, which allows users to receive real-time notifications when new listings on Vinted match their configured search criteria. Notifications are sent via email and/or Telegram.

2. Non-affiliation with Vinted

VintedWatch is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, or in any way officially connected with Vinted UAB or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The name "Vinted" and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Account and Registration

To use the service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Keep your login credentials confidential
Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Plans and Payments

VintedWatch offers three plans:

Free: 3 alerts, checks every 5 minutes, basic filters
Pro (EUR 2.99/month): 10 alerts, checks every 30 seconds, all filters
Sniper (EUR 7.99/month): 25 alerts, checks every 10 seconds, multi-country, webhooks

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment processing on behalf of VintedWatch. By accepting these terms, you also accept Paddle's Terms.

5. Free Trial

Pro and Sniper plans include a 7-day free trial. No charges are made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the price of the chosen plan, unless cancelled before the trial expires.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal. After cancellation, the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

VintedWatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service
Completeness or accuracy of monitoring results
Timeliness of notifications
Availability of listings on Vinted at the time of notification

In no event shall VintedWatch be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to access other users' data
Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service outside of the provided APIs
Overload or abuse the service infrastructure
Resell or redistribute access to the service

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code.
