1. Free Trial

Pro and Sniper plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial:

No charges are made
You have access to all features of the chosen plan
You can cancel at any time before the trial expires at no cost

We recommend evaluating the service during the trial period to ensure it meets your needs.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal, accessible from your account dashboard.

After cancellation:

The plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
No further charges will be made
At the end of the period, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan

3. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

Send an email to support@vintedwatch.com specifying your account email address and the reason for your request
Include any details or screenshots documenting the issue encountered
The request will be processed within 5 business days

5. Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record for VintedWatch. Paddle handles the entire refund process, including the return of funds.

Once approved, the refund is credited to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5-10 business days depending on the payment provider.
